Great equipment still underperforms if it's sized wrong for the South Lebanon property. Every quote starts with a real Manual J assessment, not a tonnage guess.
A large share of comfort complaints in existing South Lebanon homes trace back to sizing at installation, not a failing part. We run a room-by-room load calculation, inspect ductwork, and check electrical capacity before quoting equipment, every time.
The details that separate a proper install from a quick swap.
We calculate room by room, so equipment matches the home.
Permits get pulled, install follows current South Lebanon, OH code, not shortcuts that cause resale headaches.
A written labor warranty backs the install, on top of manufacturer coverage.
New equipment gets matched to evaluated ductwork, not just bolted onto whatever's there.
What the process actually includes.
A full Manual J assessment covers all four to land on the correct equipment size.
Recommendations are based on your actual load numbers, not the highest-margin unit, not upsell pressure.
Existing ducts get pressure-tested and inspected, sealed or resized as needed to match new equipment's airflow needs.
We confirm the home can support the new system before scheduling.
The install covers everything through startup testing to confirm performance.
Permitting is handled on our end, useful if you ever sell the property.
Four steps from assessment to a properly sized system.
An in-person assessment gets scheduled.
A tech shows up with load calculation tools and measures the property for a room-by-room walk.
The quote reflects real load numbers, with a few efficiency tiers to choose from, based on actual data.
We install, commission, and back the labor with a written warranty once the job's done.
Recent reviews from full system installs.

Permitting is part of the service.
Labor is warrantied separately from the manufacturer's coverage, protecting you if something's wrong with the install itself.
Yes, we assess and modify ductwork as part of the process to match the new equipment.
Ask about it when you get your quote — a few options are usually on the table depending on the system you pick, since terms vary by what you choose.
